Tiers with st19

Will it still overload if I select every tier and use it with ST19, or is that only for a real smartcard?
I'm no expert but I'm pretty sure that the overloading is actually because the IRD cannot handle that many tiers at once. I'd recommend just selecting the ones you can use (or at least only the ones that are actually available to you; like only selecting locals that are on your satelites and in your spotbeams)

EDIT: Also, I'm sure there is a limit somewhere with how many tiers can actually go on a rom102 card. And just because it's not a real card doesn't mean it still needs to act like one. So I'm pretty sure you are limited to whatever limit on the # of tiers it can handle.
