Locals For USB 256

I've searched and can't seem to find how to set locals for the USB 256. Any help would be appreciated.

You simply edit your bin wih mR.Tierworks and add your locals and zip code it it then load that eeprom to the USBAtmega256 card.

I couldn't get my locals to work or to remap until I made a eprom.bin using enigmaedit software. Try that. Mr. Tierworks and Dark Angel tier generaters would not remap or add my locals for me and I tried at least six times with each before trying enigmaedit.
