The last 3 bins I dl'ed from this site hasn't been working properly. I've been having intermiten sound and video glitches, channel access doesn't last long and ppv doesn't work.

Anyone know what's going on?

Is there another site who's supplying better bin files?

Those who are bitching about this site's "bin files or keys" are, obviously, not aware of what is going on in the FTA world... it's always been a "game of cat and mouse".

For the moment, the "cat" is winning... but not for long. We will keep you posted!

Be patient, or buy a subscription to whatever satellite services you want to get. It's as simple as that!

Yes, my cs5000 is working; just not like it use to. Some channels are fine, but most are scrambled. I downloaded the 156 bin, but it wasn't a fix at all. It worked just like 154 and 155 with only a handful of channels working, but most are scrambled with the occational sound and video glitches. I suppose I'm one of the fortunate ones. I read that the 156 bin actually burnt out a couple of cs5000's, which is a concern. I'm certainly going to keep an eye open for another forum to get my files from for sure.

Yes, I do not know much about FTA as I am new to it, and I'm not bitching; just sharing what I am experiencing and asking a few questions. To be honest, I don't expect much from FTA. After all, we don't pay a monthly subscription fee. However, I did pay for the receiver and it helps to be kept informed as a paying customer of this forum. And, yes I'm sure I could find some information on this forum that would explain what is going on, but sifting through a forum for an explanation is not exactly one my favorite things to do.

I guess all I can do for now is to be patient, wait for the next bin, and make sure to not be the first to load it or I might not have a receiver to upload the bin to. ;)

There never was a 156 bin released, well actually there was, but it was a fake.

Only Captive works and NFusion are up and running on both B3V and D!sh with PPV and Porn. D!sh is working on all receivers with selective channels.

There is an official site for bin releases for Coolsat and you should only download it from there, otherwise your coolsat could be turned into a real door stopper.
