Been 2yrs Sice Testing(where to start)

Hey Guys...I use to go to meastra.tv but seems like that site got shutdown :( sad great site... Anyway its been aound 2yrs sice i've tested ....I have a DP30.010 and atmega 128 that I use to use a couple years back....Could someone point me in the right direction of what I need to get started back up again??

What do i need to do to my reciever??
