Fab5 is really staying on top of the changes of late. Makes me wonder if the guy ever sleeps. This latest update was a new map call and a timing change both. To get new software out so fast under these circumstances is pretty impressive.

milli i have few questions for you. ok i understand i need some kind of reciver which have a card slot for 256 atgema to work with. my first question is which reciver should i get. and do i have to program that reciver too.

my second question is what do i need other then atgema to load the software in that card.

my third question is after i load the new bin in atgema card to i need to do anything else or just plug the card in the reciver and i am good to go.... please elaborate. thanks for all the help:confused:

USB atmega256 works with both private and public numbers.

As far as the receiver yes you will need to flash your receiver and better to go with NORSA. So get you one that is easy to jtag. NORSA makes your USB ATMEGA 256 much easier to deal with. NORSA all you have to do put your time zone, zip code and locals in the software. You will also need a USB cable with a mini plug. Most important (and it makes no difference to me) my advise is get the USB card from here. You will only find it on one more site on the internet for $10 cheaper but that’s not worth the risk you will be taking. It can't get any safer paper tracking wise and faster in shipping then dssftp. You will have the card in 4-6 days with no worries, especially for North Americans.

Refer to my comment above. The readme.txt file that comes with the USB ATMEGA256 software has instruction for both public and private. But it’s much easier to program with NORSA.

no way milli coder not to busy answering emails keeping people inline ,protecting himself noway,i emailed milli two nights in a row and got response both times following morning i woke up ,all i can say my 2cents is a couple times i neededc product replaced and he said no problem also 4months after purchase

Mili has a good product F viewcrap his programmers have to have the map they come out with the fix before FTA. Viewsat is a beginner platform without a map they got a card and are re-constructing the map backwards after ecm with card. Reminds me of a 2nd Lt they can't even get lost when they got a map just mis-oriented.

Get a Clue/Card/usb256 from mili/sub.
