From ST19XL to USB ATMEGA??

Hi, I'm using an old 3100.010 in conjunction with ST19XL/BEV/PUBLIC, unfortunately I now need an AUX card...

I was thinking of going ATMEGA USB, do I need to re-mod receiver?
