I was wanting to know if a nexus iso programmer with six dip switch settings and a 3.57 crystal can be used for unlocking a rom 102 card., or is it just a programmer loader unit.
Thanks for any help in advance.
Sounds to me like you have your equipment confused. If it's got dip switches, it's not an ISO. If it is an ISO, then you need a 3.68Mhz crystal.

back when people did dave, they used 3.57 crystal iso's... 3.68 were more commonly used by charlie people. ( this was about 9-10 years ago)
i wouldn't suggest the first, becaues of timing issues, easier to loop your card, but he's right it is an iso.

might be possible he has one of the iso/loaders with a flip of a switch too... just thought of that... would be great if we could see a pic.

Thanks for the quick reply's. I never tried the iso, but I do have a mikobu vortex pro at my other place that is an unlocker. I now have to find the right script to unlock the card and will let you all know how I do.

Is this the programmer? hxxp://dssgear.ca/webshop/index.php?productID=8 (http://dssgear.ca/webshop/index.php?productID=8) (replace xx with tt)
If it is, I have the same question, can I unlock cards with it?
