I have a ISO programmer and need to know if my Rom 102 Rev 10B card can be glitched into or unlocked??? Thanks

You need an unlocker to open your card. There is also a very high chance that you can loop a rev 10B card trying to unlock it. Search the forums for a good 10B unlocking script. Good luck.
