Hey guys I got a question for ya . I just built an internal emulator setup in a
301-10, and I want to put a switch in it so I can run the receiver with the emulator, or just flip a switch to change it over so I can use the card.
My question is where do I put the switch ??
My guess is the i/o wire between the emulator and the card slot is this correct ??

if you put a card upside down into ird to activate the card slot when you are using your emulation, just put good card in and unplug your emu setup. thats how i do my 510

That is what I am trying to avoid . I don't want to unsolder the emulator. I just want to flip a switch to change from emu to card !

Unplugging emu setup doesn't have to be at reciever end.

All you need to do is put a "switch" on the "I/O" signal, (pin 7 from cardslot) to the atmel.
1) you want to emu, enable "I/O" to atmel.
2) you want to go plastic, disable "I/O" to atmel.
