unlocking rom 102 rev 109

looking at my old junk box i found an ulocker it is a blue on top with a green bottom, i used to unlock my rom 10s long time ago
also i found a rom 102 rev 109 that it is stream locked

i need help to unlock this card so i can use it to my second receiver
with this description my unlocker looks like the t911
can i use it the way it is to unlock my card?
also i would like to mention i have purchased 2 chips 4619 . i am not sure if that will help
i need some advise
