what do you mean by can't read the cards at all? What does it say in N2Edit when you reset a card in your programmer?

Have these cards ever been unlocked and programmed?

If not you need to do some reading and studying in the Nagra Glitching and Unlocking section, and you need an unlocker; sometimes called a loader or a glitcher. Then you need to download WinExplorer 5.xx and the scripts from the files section to unlock them.

Read the card(s) and copy the readout and post it here.
Make sure to xx out the personal data like the last couple digits of your cam id, etc.
