Scam is that Snags came to his house and forced him to fill out a money order for a large some of money @ gun point. The other scam is trying to link anything Atmega that is not the USBAtmega to Lexus. The card existed before, and exists after. He is not the sole proprietor. And there is a thread about for the USBAtmega @ 10x, open to public and free of charge.

Unfortunately its the same in other underground business. You get popped and whether you do time or not, you are (and should be) cut out of the loop. And in some cases especially if you don't do time and are walking around free, there should be heavy suspicion as to why.

What really surprises me is the wierd ass brand loyalty that has spawned many fights and alot of un-needed rivalry. People are choosing sides on products and cheering them like their favorite team, or worse mutating this into the same uninformed furvor as we are now expiriencing in politics here in the US. More uneducated jackass opinions from people who do nothing except stand around with their hand out most of the time.

9 out of 10 peeps on any of these forums (any forums), can't code, won't learn, and probably don't have the mental capacity to learn.

Bottom line is that Lexus is now, and has been under investigation for a long time, and that he is currently a plaintiff in a civil lawsuit. You can rest assured that Charlie didn't back off because Lexus heeded the cease and dissist order. Go read my post I linked to will ya? The scam was people ordering the cards, paying for them then receiving nothing and when they wanted their money back they were told they are shit out of luck. THAT SCAM. Is that a scam enough for you?

Why couldn't anybody just say that. Holy Shit. Honestly i heard a person here or there bitch an say that but never heard a ground swell of people complaining of getting ripped. When I was an entrepreneur and people fucked up and owed me money, i would send someone to collect.. the crafty ones would say " I got busted, you should stay away.." 99% of the time a check in the paper for arrests would show they were full of shit.. but i would stay away anyway an cut losses. Maybe thats the case here.

My biggest complaint with everyone who is knee deep in this without a fucking lick of sense.. WHY BASH THE LEGACY ATMEGA 128/256? I have at least 5 people attacking me personnaly, because I am not waiving the other Atmegas flag. And they don't know what the fuck they are talking about.

We should have a unified front in all of this. In this battle we have one enemy.
