Receiver will not boot up

Hey guys,
I have a Captive works premium and after I installed the latest bin 1.61 it will not boot, when I power up it shows boot on the receiver screen and then blank.
Can't load a new bin because it will not get to --:-- on the receiver and the only other way I know to try to fix is to factory reset and start over but I can't even get it to the menu screen.
Any help is appreciated.

Thankx. switch off the receiver on the back then unplug the receiver from the plug for ten minuts or so then plug again turn stb on that should doit good luck

turn it on when u see boot hold down front power button until it forces it to
_ _ : _ _ it will come just don"t give up and hold the front power button down till u see it can take up to 10 minutes
it will force it to _ _ : _ _ mode
