Recently purchased a Rom 102 via a "popular" auction site. The card arrived with a deep depression behind the chip. The chip has a obvious crack in, at least, the surface. It reads "no ATR". Any hope to get this 102 to function?

looks like ya just got taken!!! 99% sure the chip is toast.
