Is this a Tier problem?

Is this a tier problem how do I fix it? I defrag clean bin in romexploer ,Add tiers Mr-Tierworks 3.1, Patch codespace & all three hotfixes ,Make sure key are correct. I get the 300 & 494-498 No PPV. Am I overwriting my tiers with blocker?

your tiers are probely fine do they ask to pay for them?there is a nothere ECM happing for dish agian that is blacking out ppv/porn/moviesmaybe fine another patch that is up to date.

Not sure what i did different but it working! Can i take the codespace Blocker open it in notepad and paste each hotfix in order and just have 1 patch to make?
