Up to date huide for EMU

I would like to know if anyone has a up to date guide for EMU. I see several, but according to the post below they are out of date. Would like to try to get it up and running.

I have gathered up a few files but not sure what I all need. Their is just so much stuff out their. Have sometime to test today!

Your not going to get ppv, porn or premium channels unless you go with st19xl and an aux'd rom. Check out the sticky posts in this forum. Those should get you started.
