locked out but no blocker and not streamed

i did a stupid mistake, i wanted to install an aux bin to a rom 102, instead i wrote a 102 file but with no blockers, but i'm locked, is it normal that the card locks up even with no blocker? anything i could try? wrote it with n2edit. i didn't stream the card

No one will be able to help you without more info.
Just writing a 102 bin does not normally lock anyone out.
