setting up a 2800

im trying to hook up my 2800 ird with a dish500. im using legacy lnb's with a sw21 switch. do i need any other adapters to run my setup? i do a switch test and im only getting sat 110 and no picture!!!

need to know what card your working with? do u get guide? are the channels red? dish pointing sounds right. your just missing on 119. its tricky but its there. give it a day and go back to it. u should google the manual for the 2800. dish pointing instructions inside it. if you get black screen keys probably need to roll or manually updated. use SJ 8.0 for now.

yea the screen is black then says this card is not authorized to watch this channel... the channels are not red in the guide......btw im using a rom 102 rev 103

my setup works fine with fta...
