Codespace with public info?

I am trying to use the Codespace blocker on a ROM 102 with public info, but all I get is a black screen. I have read the README and it says that is by design. Has anyone been able to get it to work with public info?

Hi PKDave,

open your bin then clean codespace.
Apply codespace and all 9f patches.
Add tiers.
Next use your keys file from gendt08-sk and patch them in gen dt08-sk.
Finally use 0106 key changer to check for 0108 keys and add the current keys.

Should work.

Change from this;

To this;

Thanks for the replys, but neither one worked. I am able to watch free TV just not with the Codespace blocker. Any other ideas would be appreciated.
