Virgin Bin For B*V Help Please!!!!

A little tired of B*V’s Bu!! Shiet lately on FTA, in regards to the ATMEGA 256, I downloaded a virgin Enigma Bin but it says Dish, I’m hoping to watch B*V. Can I use this .bin in a B*V receiver or do I need a B*V .bin, if not can some one please direct me to what program is required to make a virgin B*V .bin, or to a forum thread that can answer some of my questions.

find a version of enigma edit that has a public bev bin with it.
No you cant use that charlie bin for what you wanna do. enigmaedit7.4 has a bev bin in it
