Obviously your BIN is nto married to yoru reciever. You need to either use the supplied BIN and then edit your TSOP or have a married BIN/IRD pair already.

OK a little more information from me...i just recieved the usbatmega yesterday and i read the how to, followed the steps provided...eventually ended up with that card not for this reciever msg. When i used the tiergen i entered my ird, cam and boxkey etc...patched it to the existing BIN and wrote it to the card, after that i could not read the ird, cam and boxkey...it showed all ff's??? any help would be good...i guess i have to somehow get a married bin/ird...where do i find this?? sorry if i am not making sense i am new to this...
thanks again

Use GenDT08-SK to make your own married keyset, or buy one from mili.
Read the help file. It's very good but a bit out of date, just don't
pay any attention to the old blocker stuff.

Only one reason for the error 21, card not valid for receiver, and that is receiver id on cam does not match receiver id on tsop. You running public numbers or private?

Main thing with generating a eeprom.bin for your usb atmega is to wipe the tiers first. Then put your local info on the .bin. Fubr has a great how-to sticky post.
