usb 2.0

Hi I just ordered a usb atmega256 board. Will this board work with 1.0 ports. My computer is 5 years old and I believe they are 1.0. If it wont work how do I upgrade the usb to 2.0

It should work fine with you 1.0 usb ports. 2.0 is just newer and faster. Most usb equpment is backwards compatible with the 1.0 arcitecture.

I use a older usb-1 computer sometmes.
