Anyone have channel 620, 621, 678 working?

Okay - After some work I got my USB Atmega 256 up and running. I get PPV, NHL and some International channels on a DVR 510 and 301-10. No matter what I do I don't get channels 620, 621, 678:

620: Appears in guide as red
621: Appears in guide as red
678: Does not even appear in guide.

I could not get Mr. TierWorks or Dark Angel to work with these channels either and ended up putting an AIO 102 bin (Dec 22) on my USB Atmega 256 and I get everything but the three channels above.

Has Dish recently changes something on these (all International) channels? Does anyone know how I can patch the latest tier info for these channels and/or where to get the info myself?

I have same problem using 3100-10 .I used Dark angel.Nothing is changed about channels.We have tiers problem.

I ended up using DChat Tiermaker (See other thread) and it works better. You have to add the international channels individually rather than via "package" in the International tab.
