iso programer and Atmega

I know it might be a dum question but I have to ask. My Atmega programer is dead and I want to try some new file with my Atmega. Can I use and iso programer with Jeepers and need the Atmega programer. I already tried and I failed but wanted to be sure.:confused:

look at the phoenix programer file.it comes with some stuff i think to use your iso for programming.never tried it but pretty sure i read something that came with it to do such thing.
