Switch to USBAtmega256

I have an Atmega 128 and am using it with public keys on a 2700. If I want to switch to USBAtmega256, what do I need? Will I need to reprogram my receiver? Do I need a jteg adapter? Anything else?

You need a IRD#
you need a Box Key #
you need a cam #
you will need a eprom (personle channles)
