ROM 102 Rev 283 to Rev 103

Hi guys,
I have a 311 chip mounted on a BGA Board.
Its @ Rev 283 and I have successfully unlocked it.
I would like to use it on a 301-010 or 301-013 as a normal yellow card, since the original 311 receiver does not power up anymore.
Is it possible to change Rev 283 to Rev 103?
How do I do that and it will be nice if you could point me to the file(s) I need to use.
I know how to link the card and receiver.

What is reason to move data space to A700?
I have the virgin image of my yellow card,
can I use it? any other modifications needed?
