rom 102 looping attack

when I am not watching my Rom 102 do I just unplug the receiver it so it wont be looped? Or do I also have to remove the card from the receiver? Is it best to just remove the card? Or is it not good to just keep taking the card in and out of the receiver? Any help would be appreciated.

either way will prevent looping. Just check the sites before you plug it back in to be sure nothing is going down.

I hooked up a a/b switch to my receiver in, a would be sat, b would be off, just like ohm said, make sure you check sites before you plug in or turn switch back on.
