USB 256 down ???

is the usb 256 31.7down for PPV and stuff ??
im getting no autoroll for the ppv and hbo stuff

Yes. You will have to wait patiently for 3.0.8 which will hopefully fix PPV, etc.

however, basic channels should be working with autoroll, as I am able to watch basic TV.

Yes, but we are also loosing the basic channels as well a few at a time.
