Dish Network/Bell Express 6000 HD/ROM 102/8VSB/8PSK and rom code

Would I need anything else than this combination to watch dish? Is this reciever same as any other, by that i mean, just use romcode to program the card and watch tv

well if your card is unlocked and you have a ISO loader and your firmware is dish then it looks good.
