I loaded the latest 3.08 version for USB Atmega256. No video,, Missing channels and all black channels. It is not working on 3900. Anyone has working with this file. Please confirm

I have it working. Did you generate a Tier File with a tool such as DChat? Also, pull the plugf out of the receiver and leave on 101 for a while and then switch to the channel. Wait for a bit.

More likely its your tier file. Search around other posts for more info.

How can I add tiers. Where do i get the file for tiers.

No I get the sign stating your receiver is not authorized. Please call dishnetwork..... What do I have to do now?

Correct the ird and cam info in the 256 usb program. After you program read the info and then correct to 02af04ca and the cam to 1b2c3f1d.

That should get rid of the 020 message.
