Is RomCode Server Down?

I have tried to update RomCode over the past few hours and just receive the message "Unable to connect to remote server"

The software will give you all sorta weird errors, even refuse to start up. You need to set your computer year back to 2007, run live update and when it finished set it back to 2008.
Some Canadian ISPs are blocking access to Romcode's website now, you will have to use a proxy server to get access or change ISP. It sucks ass.

I set my computer to 2007 and when I tried live update it said there was none. I'm watching tv so I can't complain too much...
