cam not registered or expired

I just bought a subs for 6 months and activation for 2 cams. When I tried to program my cam, it says cam not registered or expired. My acct says 2 card activation. I don't understand what is going on.

you need to activate cams on server.

click on cam setup and fill in the info so it updates and ur good to go

I am in the same boat and I have registered the Cam.

It does not show up as a registered Cam when you check it.

Any ideas?

open rc. click on cam setup. put in user name and password, then clink on manage cams on server. should work if you have valid cams. good luck.

That is exactly what I said I did in the above post and it does not show up.

It tells me it is registered when I put the signature in on the manage CAM page but when I go to the CAM settings to view it it is not there.

Ok here is an update.

I just went through the process in the instructions again (Registered CAM again) and it now works.

So either RC was having a server issue or there is a delay in the time from when you first register till the time it works.

Never the less it works great now.
