atmega 128 help

I have not used my 301 13 (dual TSOP) for some time. I would like to put the 301 back up but there are some problems. First I have not done this for a while so I don't remember all the steps. I heed help finding how to guides. and the files needed to set me back up.

Umm,.. please excuse me but the 128 is not working ( for the moment or forever ) so I would politely suggest to not waste your time or for the academic fun of it read some of the guides provided here in the reciever etc sections.
