Romcode Questions

Set computer to 2007 as suggested, romcode came up and programmed new keys. Still only get nasa channnel and two or three others. Will computer have to be on 2007 rest of year or will a romcode update correct this or is there another fix? Already did 01/01/08 update.

now just change your computers date to current date, clean card and reprogram it.

When I change to current date, romcode just flashes and then doesn't come up. Has to be set on 2007 to work.

delete romcode, reinstall it, start it up and be connected to the internet, let it start up if it flashes dont do anything it autoupdates, depending on you connection speed it might take a bit.

Tried this still no go. Still have to have puter on 2007, program new key changes-still only getting 4. Anybody have any ideas?

you need to set computer date to 2007

THEN open the Romcode app

Then WHILE the app is open, change computer date back to 2008 (this will tell program to set tiers properly)

Then clean and program and you will be good.

Having some trouble, card says invalad for these channels...I clean and reprogram the card, romcode says retrived new keys but the say problem exist. Must I wait for a bin update?? Am I doing something wrong? I've been doing this for three years. Why won't it auto roll? I leave the reciever on and put it on 101 is that wrong? Do I need to change my setting to something less than 100% SAfe? I clean the card, cam setup,teir edit and program the card. Should I do more?? Thanks for your imput.

Came home from China, took update and watching TV. No date change necessary!
