ISO Programmer

i'm a newby and read some but eventially not enough before i purchased my equipment as i bought a iso that plugs into the usb which says is where it gets its power from, well i can't get it to recognize the card which is a 102 says no atr so i put it in a receiver which isn't hooked to the antenna and the card reads 102 revxxx so is there any other way to get this to work or will i have to buy one that hooks to a serial port. if it makes a difference i am running vista.

Do you have any lights lite up on the ISO? Also most need the card inserted chip side upward opposite of how they go into the receivers.

Yes it makes a difference, a lot of programs are not vista ready.......

yes the light comes on when it plugged into the USB and connected to the programmer and i've turned the card both ways and says no atr
