ive got a 811 presubbed ird with rom102 at rev283 (105) , this receiver has bee out of service for 3 years.
do these receivers require the bga chip that came with it ...to be the only rom card that i can use with it...?
is this because the 811 cant be jtagged therefore the box keys that it has are the only ones that can be used.
if i remove the chip and activate the card slot ,unlock the bga and get the keys ....can i now use any rom 102 with it ? (of course using those box keys?
