Odd channels only??

My friend says he is only getting odd channels only on Bev 301 atmega 128. Anyone else have this problem ? He checks signal strength on each transponder and all is good 0dd and even.

yes I'm also only getting the odd channels.using pheonix 1.2.3, 3100 atmega 128 18.4 on B** . did a check switch and have good signal on all transponders.
