atmega128 and 102 image?

hi
can somebody pls tell step by step how to create a rom 102 image?or if i can download one off the internet and edit with my box info? i,m trying to use it with atmega128

Click this link. Scroll down the page, the program you need is Phoenix + Support - V 1.18. It has all the support files needed to run the program. Download it and extract it to a folder. Then download and extract Phoenix 1.2 to the same folder.

i dont want to mod the ird i want to use private info
the thing is i have the card that came with box but its 102rev 247 locked i dont wanna take chances to loop it,what im thinking is to use a rom102 image off the internet and edit somehow with the info that i have what is the way to do it like that?
