005 nag and have the AR turned on

This is the first time I've used romcode, but heres the break down. I have the rec, which is a 301-013, a rom 102, programmed with romcode 4.52 blocker with private bin opition checked. I have the AR turned on after 005 nag, but heres the problem. I've tried putting it on 200 for 30sec's but I don't have 201, so that one is out of the question. So I've let it sit on a PPV for about an hour now, still the 005 nag comes on for about 6 sec's and goes off and then it comes right back up. I've checked the keys, the Key0 and Key1 are correct. What else could it be.

Tiers are expired. Do the live update on RomCode 4.52. The "last update" should read 12/27/07.

The data.hex date says 12-27-07, last update is 1-1-2008, can you run a public bin with the private blocker, cause the private bin must not be working.

The private bin is working fine. Try the death wish setting and post back.

Try 213 (nasa). You can arrow up and down between the weather ch. 214 to see when it gets the keys. When I'm on my locals it resets by itself.

Death wish has never given me the 005 nag so it must be something on your end.

I don't know what it could be, followed the steps to a T, the 301-013 I jtaged had never been in the stream but it shows the guide, maybe it could have the wrong filmware, would that cause the 005 nag?

check the date of your computer and make sure its todays date

First of all it does not matter if it is 201 after the 30 sec. The point is to go to 200 wait 20-30 sec and then go one channel up. Go back to 200 and if you got a pix you rolled. If nor Stay on 200 for 15 sec this time and go a channel up and back to 200. Once you master it ,it's quick.......
Second there seems to be something in the stream giving 005 to locals.
Anyone confirm......

should the 005 nag be flashing on and off, it stays on for a few sec's and then goes off for a few sec's, thats all it keeps doing, I've cleaned the card with romcode, then even unlocked it with winex again and reprogrammed it with romcode, and it is still doing the same thing, don't understand what I could be doing wrong.

I've tried that I don't know how many times, even still if the keys are current it shouldn't give the 005 nag. I checked and double checked everything, just don't see anything that could be off, I guess I will cut my loses and run public, because it shouldn't be this hard to get this up and running.

if you have done EVERYTHING correct and still are getting 005 nag, try checking the date of your computer.

I am friends with Silverman, does that help, they are the same app with only differences being the actual private bin is different than that of RP and has different artwork, but the blocker app is the same.

The problem was corrected at 4:07pm today. As far as I know this is the one and only time Silv has made this mistake.

So re-update, re-program and watch TV. Good God guys it is just TV and you guys act like sharks.

The problem was fixed at 2:56pm today. I just happened by chance to update maybe 30 sec before retiredguy posted they were releasing it. By the way, also the same as virus blocker and 3 others.

Yea there is The Virus Blocker and about 3 or 4 others that I have saved somewhere that are around.

virus blocker, 10x has one from same coder, it was part of their lifetime membership which was a snagg lie, P5unlimited, romcode, romprotect, satspies. i think there is a couple more but cant remember now

As far as I am aware RP/RC are the only ones which share the same coder and SW. I may be proven wrong as I have not seen all the current versions. I think the track record for RP/RC speaks for itself.

I believe P5 is DOA as is virus blocker. I never claimed the information was in error: only that I was unaware of others mentioned. How am I proven to be wrong when I ask what the other are? I was unaware and said I was curious what you were referring too.

The only one which I knew to be a different code (Dark Angel) is still quite pricey for my wallet.

Although I am not friends with Silverman, I concur with the rest of your post. My goal here is my enjoyment of this hobby and helping others get up to speed.

I took the latest update, but what is deal with the dates on the computer are yo0u talking about the actual date and time, or the tier dates on the card.

They are talking about the actural date. I believe it mattered when the 12/27 update came down that the coder did not take into account the New Year. all resolved now unless your not at 2008 on your computer.

I was checking the files in romcode and seen that I have a file for Bev 3m 3100.tp, but I don't have one for dish/bev 3m, I deleted the program and reinstalled and still the same, just wondering if anybody else has one in their folder for romcode, thanks.

Reread all of this thread and listen to what has been said. On the right hand bottom of your screen is the time and date.If you right click there on the time you will see ajust time and date. DO THIS..........All is working fine and you do not need any file. Take the advice you are given or do not ask for it........Please give me some hope and stop living up to your name....

Look man, I'm not a dumbass, I have took everyones advice, and yes I'm new to the romcode but not cards, if you read some of my post you would know that I have followed everyone that has posted a possible fix. Right now my computer says 1:20am Monday, Jan.21 2008, so your idea oof the dates being wrong is WRONG. Why wouldn't my computer have the right date, it's a newer one. If this how people get treated on this forum for asking help, last time I checked it was a forum right, and the ones I mod at we help people, not say, blah blah DO THIS........, so scort so it's ok for you hijack my thread, but it seems that the one with the problem gets treated like a dumbass. not sure where you are at with this pothead but to explain a little. the dish/bev 3m is just that, it opens all channels for dish or bev which ever you use. the reason for the 3100 bev is because a while back the 3100's started giving an upgrade nag or some nag, dont exactly remember , but this 3100 file gets rid of that nag on 3100 models using bev getting that nag. so if you testing bev and using a 3100 ird you should choose that file, all other irds seem fine. i would suggest to make youa personal tier set to meet your needs and save a new name and choose it each time.

I guess not, so I will ask you not to help in my thread, because if you would have been reading all the post in the thread you would have known that the dates where right, thus it taken the update from a few days ago, and you started with the BS, so you take the chill pill and find another thread to talk your non-sense in, because that is all it pretty much is. And by the way it sounds though you are making note of my username alot, sorry it's not cool, you know like scort or something, mods go ahead and close this thread starting to get off subject in hand.
