Use Phoenix loader 1.2.3 satroy, no freeze here with private 501 and 3900 D!sh since I started using it. Thanks Team Phoenix.

I did try many times to set up The Phoenix but with no luck..i got many error messages and i gived up...so am using just Jeeper...I went to the downloading area and i got some new file called "ROMs....." I try it..same result.Freezing...Anybody else wants to comment on that ? Thanks..Long Live The Musqueteers

From what I know there as not been a PFG release that got the freezing issue solved. You need to stick to Phoenix for now. Post your error message .. we might just help ! ;-)

delete every phoenix file you have and then download again phoenix 1.2.3 has been working flawless for the past 24 hours for me. had same problem you had with ROMS, jeepers, and previous phoenix.

YES,THEREs A PFG satjammin 8.0 that work with phoniex 1.2.3 and is working great.

Thanks all for your help.. am up and running now with the new Satjammin/Phoenix 1.2.3...but am gonna try Phoenix alone one of this days. I need to know how to work it out (even for fun). :-) Long Live The Musqueteers

Don't waste your time with the phoenix loader. It's locking cards and safe pfgs work just as good.

Hi, i m trying to to use that SatJammin DN 8.0 with phoenix v1.2.3. but keep getting message "the smart card is not inserted correctly", i cleaned my card more 10 times still getting same message.

Check the jumper of the card if u have a card with jumper. If not programe it again. good luck

Card not inserted correctly,... try setting xtal to 4.50 ( change from 3.8xx to 4.50 ) erase many time in jeeper and or erase in phoenix, write card or write to file and flash flash and eeprom in jeepers.

did you make sure your fuse bits were correct? FF AE 89 FF seems to work best for most people, also did you make sure to select the correct xtal speed? 18 mhz or 18.432? and yes clock speed should be 4.50 so at least you remembered to do that, do this, eep erase 3 times in jeeps, alt erase 3 times in jeeps, set fuse bits with jeeps, then open pheonix loader and go through programming steps again, make sure you have the correct xtal speed and clock speed, also make sure you are not clicking on the rom103 check box, you DO NOT want that checked for what you are doing.

how to change clock speed ? i m using PFG file through jeeper.
