I Have a 721 IRD with rom103 rev308, its married sub, the first thing that I want to know is what do I need to purchase as far as hardware so I can go and buy them right away.

Everything that I would need to test my 721 rom 103 rev 308!

1. unlocker (blue nexus is good but expensive compared to t911 that u would have to mod yourself)

2. ISO programmer (25$ shipped if you know where to look)

3. Knowledge of what the hell your doing otherwise you'll end up with a nice 721 doorstop.

Do I need to to any soldering or modifying for my ird with rom 103 married sub? or do I just unlock the rom 103 then program it and then I'm good to go?
