box keys and ird number

You can either jtag the receiver or open the card and read it in NagraMaster or RomRipper and the info will be there.

You can read it in N2Edit if it is unlocked, save a few copies of the image, and open the image up in NagraMaster or ROMRipper to view the desired information.

I do not recommend directly reading the card in NagraMaster or ROMRipper and manipulating that "live" image! Always make a few backups of the original image and play with one of the backup images!

if i've changed the rev from 247 to 248 on my rom 102, do i have to change the box keys on my receiver and do i need a jtag for that cause i don't have one. Looks like i'm in trouble

If I were you I'd do alot of reading first. Do you have an open card or does it have to be unlocked? Like Wiley posted can you read the card in N2edit? If by some chance your card is open, Stop right there, don't try to manipulate anything if your not sure.
