I dont think the blue card is a rom102. its most likely rom 3-10

If it is all purple'ish blue with a yellow triangle it is a B3Vrom 102 or 103 and is ok........b3v card need's a patch to do dish......

All are rom 102 bev cards confirmed. i see the yellow dn cards for $200 but never see these, i think there the same???
are they not??? besides needs a simple patch
