All HD locals on 110 are spotbeamed.
However, it is all probably moot anyway, as all locals are MPEG-4 HD, and you're not going to see them with your MPEG-2 HD IRD.

811 & 6000 HD receivers only process Mpeg-2 HD signals. Most Dishnet signals have been converted to Mpeg-4. Only the Vip receivers and some FTA boxes can decode these.
Spotbeams are narrowcast signals directed at specific areas or citygroups. If you are outside the spotbeams footprint you cannot receive their signals.
Most of Dishnets signals are broadcast conus. That footprint covers most of No. America

Spotbeam is the term given when DN beams a particular locals set at a specific city...i.e. the Detroit locals are receivable only in Detroit and the surrounding area (not in St. Louis, MO).
If you live near a large city, there are probably spotbeams sent to your area (not necessarily on 110/119 though....most spotbeams are on 129, 148 or 61).
