Which one first after a key change....???

After a key change,if my keys don't roll(100% safe) I simply hit key update and get new keys.My question is when re-programming,do I clean the card,then program my locals using the drop down list from tier patch first,and then program again using the 3M Dish/Bev in the tier patch window?? Thanks in advance....A1

you can just click program card, since yopu have already programmed your card with your locals, you can change the locals drop down box to dot not change and you wont have to worry about them again for this card. then you can just choose the 3m tier patch thats provided or use your personal tierset that you make with the tier editor. but just cliick on settings and check the box to get keys on startup and it will retrieve them each time you open the app. just remember to click save, then click program card after choosing your tier patch

I have'nt been able to use romcode for a while now. I hit get keys and get the message new keys retrieved and I save it but I always get the 005 nag- card not aurthorized. I have the lastest update 1/17/2008.

I am not an expert but I will try to lend a hand......after you save the keys what do you do after that??After I do the same thing as you,save the keys I just choose the 3m dish/bev from the drop down menu from the tier patch.Then I hit program,after that I put in in the ird.I seem to always get the "do you want to update message" I take the update.I then immediately let it sit on channel 101 for about 5 minutes and all is good........let me know.I will tell you this,the guru is the person that answered my thread,he was able to help me.Hang in there we will do out best to help you get going.......A1:)

try writing your original image back to your card using n2edit and then reprogram in RC and see if it helps

Did you take the latest RC update. There were two and the first one did not work. The second update did work. They were both dated the same I think.

i got both updates iam still not autorolling on 100 safe am i doing something wrong.

No! 100% safe is not autorolling at this time; only risky or death wish are rolling.

sorry if iam repeating things here but what are my risks here if i roll in nag 005 or death wish here, and how long until romcode has a fix for 100% safe rolls again its just a pain coming downstairs to reprogram every single time it goes down can you tell i watch a fuck load of tv lol.

when the coder deems it 100%safe to roll the keys then 100% safe will auto roll, after 005 nag filters some things, deathwish filters less. no harm to card untl there is a malicious ecm which we have not had one for a good while, but there si not telling when they will come.
