is 100 percent not working after both updates

I updated with both updates and my card still doesnt roll 102 rev 10 not rolling on 100 safe am i doing something wrong or what thanks in advance.

i dont really know for sure but for some reason when my atmega wont roll or my fta, the national geographic channel seem to do the trick every time (aka geo fix). for a few min.
