ISO Programmer help

I got a another computer with XP now my ISO programmer wont work. it did work on my old computer with win 2000 .so how do i get it to work in XP .

Go into the Control Panel, System, Hardware, Device Manager and check if the COM1 is installed. Uninstall it and reboot so the OS will see it at the next bootup process.
