102 card, you have to unlock, and program yourself.

Other cards, you have to wait for a program from the dealers like FTA

Or just an hu loader modded to glitch open locked cards & they can B flashed with a prgm to act as a programmer also. As for bin there's good ones floatting around - everywhere.

Flashing an old HU loader with the card writing flash isn't the greatest idea and does not produce ideal results. In a pinch, it works.

I recommend you Google "didya" and "smartcard" and look at your first result. There is a $25 card reader/writer that works great. Or help Milli out and buy one here- the prices aren't too bloated.

With the price of ROM 102's only going up and becoming scarce...why risk your card on a device not really meant to write to it???

When you're a cheapskate...don't be suprised if you ruin some cards.
