rom 102 ok for b*v aux?

can i use a dish rom 102 card as an aux for b*v?

if so, what file do i flash to the atmel and what aux file gets written to the card.

Yes.
ROM102 aux is identical for both providers.

Perkys Aux gets written to ROM102
Flash depends on your setup.. if you are 1 chip 2313,1 chip 8515, 2-chip 2313, 2 chip 8515.. a lot of different possibilities. Also ST19 don't work on b*v right now - freezing every few min for most.
