loaded lastst bin for 2500-2700 conversion..now no signal

Can someone help me please. I have a converted Pansat 2500 - 2700. I was losing channels so I went into the downloads and loaded the lightning 245 bin. I'm worried Ive buggered up my receiver with it. I had channels with the 236 bin, but was losing them...When I loaded the 245 bin, all of a sudden I have no signal at all, when I do the antenna set up and blind scan yields nothing. I tried loadng the 240 bin...same thing...Now Ive tried to reload the 236 bin and still nothing.

Was the 245 bin the wrong choice for me??...Ive loaded those lightning bins before and they've been fine. I used to never load a new bin unless my current one was down completely, and I would just lose channlels, but now Ive been trying not to be such a chicken, be more adventurous and take advantage of the newer bins...but Im concerned I did something wrong for my receiver...grrr

Any suggestions anybody??

Are you sure you uploaded the right bin for your converted??? That CS_245T_lightning_100t_serial??? Because I uploaded 3 of them and I had no problems et all.

Thats what I was worried about, but it did say it was for a 2500=2700 and it was in the fortec section where I usually get them. But now it wont work with the 236 I had on before that was working....it was just losing channels...so now I have no TV at all. Below is what the display said for the one I loaded
CS_245T_Light_100t_series_ serial bin FLU & 2500 to 2700 D/N & BEV

I tried to reload the 236 bin and the 240 bin....no luck....

If this was the wrong bin, how do I get it to take the 236 bin that was working before,,,,

Ive tried several bins now from the fortec download section thinking maybe I loaded the wrong one (CS lightning 245). Ive tried jvvhh 244 and 245 as well as the lightning 245 bin and none will work...says no signal....I loaded channel list and did blind scan. checked wiring. It was working fine on 236...but losing channels...now nothing and reloaded the 236 bin that was working...still nothing...grrrr

Any suggestions..I'm lost

Yes....thank you! It's funny...I woke up thinking I should test the switch because Ive heard that they go...and I'd tried everything else....AND SURE ENOUGH.....SUCCESS!!

It was the diseq switch

Thank you for your help! I'm up with PPV and all ! I'm using the 244 bin right now...but its working, so I probably wont mess with the newer cs245 lightning bin that I originally tried...
